UNITOUR is a premium portable power solution for video, audio and lighting for the events, touring, film and TV markets. Available as a 24 or 48-channel modular system, it can be fitted with power switching modules for audio and video users or with dual-mode TruPower dim/switch modules for lighting operators. Safety for both the operator and the attached equipment is what makes UNITOUR special.

Earth Leakage Monitoring

Have you ever had an RCD trip without knowing why? UNITOUR solves this by measuring the Earth Leakage Current of each output in real-time. If the level of any channel/s exceed the specified rating, an alarm is triggered. This Patented technology (Australian Patents #2021215292 & #2022100070) allows the user to see how close they are to tripping the RCBO and take preventative action before a fault occurs.

Protection Plus

UNITOUR delivers the ultimate protection for you and your audio, video and lighting gear. Features include RCBO (residual current circuit breakers) per output channel, optional 400A mains breaker with optional programmable RCD, dropped neutral protection and ZCSS (Zero-Cross Soft-Start) on start-up power switching and safety features that ensure maximum protection of your expensive inventory and more importantly, your people.

Configure without 3-phase

No more frustrating and time-consuming factory configurations and setup by lugging cumbersome 400A mains PowerLock feeds or multiple power adaptors to get your system configured in the factory. The UNITOUR only requires a PoE Ethernet switch to connect to the UHM control module for configuration locally or via LSC’s HOUSTON X via a laptop or tablet.

• Neutral loss and over-voltage protection; rack will shut down in the event of a dropped neutral until the fault is rectified, thus helping to protect attached equipment.
• Configurable warning alarms for over-current, temperature, tripped breakers, phase loss and control signal loss.

USMT smart power module

• Zero-cross switching of loads ensures that switched power circuits are turned on at the zero-cross point on the sinewave to minimise nuisance tripping of circuit breakers.
• Auto-power staggered start-up to sequentially switch on user-selected channels when the rack is powered-up or a control signal is detected.
• TCP/IP, udp or DMX relay mode configurable per channel.
• RCBO (C-curve, type A) protection per output circuit or neutral disconnect breakers upon request.

UDMT dimmer/TruPower module

• Zero-cross switching of loads ensures that switched power circuits are turned on at the zero-cross point on the sinewave to minimise nuisance tripping of circuit.
• Pulse Transformer Fired Dimming (PTFD) technology used for the control of complex loads including neons, motors and low wattage practicals without the need for a dummy load
• Current Control Technology (CCT) circuitry to prevent nuisance tripping of breakers due to high inrush currents on power-up, particularly helpful to prevent thermal shock on cold filaments
