Pharos | RIO 84

The Pharos RIO 84 (Remote Input Output) provides a convenient and scalable way to add inputs and outputs to a Pharos Designer system for show control and integration.

Each RIO 84 adds a further 8 input ports to your Designer control system for interacting with devices such as sensors and switches. The 4 output ports are low-voltage relays for activating switches on other devices. The multi-protocol serial port can send and receive commands from other systems over RS232 / RS485 or can be configured as a convenient additional DMX port on the system supporting either remote DMX input for triggering, or a full universe of remote DMX output.

The RIO 84 is supported in Pharos Designer 2.16 or later.
