Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs


Within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg we do not charge shipping costs for orders with a minimum value of €750,- excl. VAT. Below this we charge €20 shipping costs.


For a number of countries, we use fixed shipping costs based on country/region and order value. These shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page or in the checkout.

For the other countries, we first request the costs for shipping your order from the carrier. We will then present it to you before proceeding with shipment. In the checkout the shipping method will be indicated as 'Calculated after placing order'. The costs will then be charged separately after placing the order. If you do not agree, we will cancel the order and refund the already paid order amount to your account. Of course, in this case it is always possible to request a quote first, so that we can announce the shipping costs in advance.

Delivery times

For shipping within The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux)
Orders received on working days before 2pm will be shipped the same day, if products are in stock. Delivery will take place 1 - 2 days after shipping. If products can not be shipped from stock, we will inform you.

For international shipping / outside the Benelux
The delivery times depend on the delivery address/country. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Pick up

It is possible to pick up your order in Bemmel (near Arnhem and Nijmegen) in the Netherlands. Once your order is ready we will call or email you for an appointment.

Finishing the payment takes place in the secure environment of Buckaroo. After settling the payment you will receive an order confirmation, and we will prepare the shipment.

Phone / Email / Office

When you place an order through one of our salespeople or account managers, the following payment methods are available:

  • Bank transfer
  • Payment on invoice
    Only possible after approval. Conditions will be shown on invoice.
  • Cash/pin payment (credit cards are not accepted)


Check your order immediately upon receipt. If something is not to your liking, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. In the event of breakage or shortage (number of units received is less than ordered) we will send you the products again as soon as possible. Excluded from warranty are:

  • Damage caused by misuse;
  • Cosmetic damage;
  • Transport or use damage;
  • Wear of the material;
  • Shipping to and from Fairlight (carry in principle).

New products

By default, we provide 12 months warranty for all new products, for products of certain brands this period is even longer. You may claim warranty if the product shows defects due to manufacturing errors.

B-Stock Products

B-Stock products come with a 7 working days warranty. This means that we repair or exchange your product for free, in case of a defect. If this is not feasible, or the repair costs exceed the value of the product, we will work with you to find another solution.
