Color Performance

Powered by ALPD® 5.0 and a full RGBX® laser light source, the AL-SK25KAP covers 120% REC.709, 100% DCI-P3, and BT.2020 color gamuts. Colors are reproduced with exceptional accuracy and depth across the entire visible spectrum.

A red ratio of ≥ 22% sets this projector apart from conventional laser models, which typically fall around 7%. The result is visibly more vibrant reds and a far more natural overall palette. Combined with a contrast ratio of ≥ 100,000:1 and Adaptive HDR with HDR10 support, every frame is rendered with the detail and dynamic range audiences expect from cinema-grade projection.

Installation

At 35 kg, the AL-SK25KAP is compact for its output class, reducing the time and resources required to get it installed and operational. Built-in geometric correction handles keystone, curved surface, and multi-point adjustments, making it suitable for non-standard projection surfaces and unconventional venue layouts.

DLP-link 3D support with infrared 3D, 3D sync, and 3D delay adjustment opens the door to immersive applications in theme parks, simulation environments, and experiential installations.

Reliability

The light source and optical engine are fully sealed with an IP5X dust-proof rating, eliminating the need for filter maintenance and protecting the optical system over long periods of use. The laser light source is rated for over 20,000 hours with minimal loss in brightness or color quality.

A redundant multi-module laser backup system limits brightness loss to under 4% if a single module fails. Dual-channel input signal backup switches automatically to a secondary feed the moment a signal issue is detected, keeping content running without interruption.
